Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of electrical estimating experience in a commercial setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong organisational skills and electrical knowledge.
HNC in Building Services or APM qualification. (IOSH/NEBOSH certification. (Experience with estimation software platforms like Cypher SEC and Trimble Contracts Master.
Personal Qualities:
A strong desire for personal and professional development.
- Lead tender settlement, project handover meetings, and site surveys.
Collaborate with procurement, operations, and project teams for resource planning and material approvals.
Engage with clients, follow up on tenders, and maintain CRM records.
Conduct risk assessments, value engineering, and cost management to align with budgets.
