Verification and Validation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Verification and Validation (V&V) Engineer to join our team at Prodrive. As a V&V Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the robust verification of system performance against customer and system requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, implement, and manage system Design Verification Plans (DVPs) including virtual and physical tests, hardware requirements, and schedules.
- Work with project technical leads, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to establish system V&V requirements, methodology, and validate DFMEAs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate and establish alignment of virtual and physical DV test plans, test specifications, and schedules.
- Plan and execute internal test activities, including estimating, planning, risk assessments, setup, testing, and reporting.
- Monitor system V&V progress against schedule and provide clear status updates to project leads and interfacing teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in system integration (mechanical, electrical, software) and testing in Automotive or Aerospace industries.
- Proficiency with various verification and validation management software tools.
