Football Development Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced football coach to join our team at Leicester-Shire & Rutland Sport (LRS).
As a Casual Coach - Development, Advance and Elite Centres, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality football sessions across various age groups and developing strategies to engage participants.
You will also need to maintain a flexible approach to work and adhere to our Trust's policies and procedures, including Safeguarding, Health, Safety, Equal Opportunity, Data Protection, and Mental Health and Wellbeing.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have experience working with players aged U8-U16 and a background in football coaching, as well as knowledge of planning engaging sessions that promote player development.
You will also need to possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Deliver football sessions across various age groups
- Develop strategies to engage participants and promote player development
- Maintain flexibility in your work approach and adhere to our Trust's policies and procedures
