We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Football Development Manager to join our team at Kensington & Chelsea YPF. As an Assistant Football Coach, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality coaching sessions to players aged 6-25.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to improve player skills
  • Work closely with lead coaches to achieve team goals
  • Deliver coaching sessions to players aged 6-25

Requirements:

  • Minimum FA/NGB Level 2 and FA Youth Award Modules 1 & 2
  • Preferred UEFA B/C and or FA Advanced Youth

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about developing young footballers and have the necessary qualifications, please apply for this exciting opportunity.
