About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Reliability Engineer to join our team at Anson McCade. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our OpenStack-based cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure using OpenStack
  • Develop and maintain automation tools using Ansible and Terraform
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to provide support and ensure smooth operation of cloud services
  • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues to ensure service continuity
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest OpenStack features and technologies
Requirements
  • SC Clearance required
  • Extensive experience with OpenStack services (Nova, Neutron, Keystone, Glance, Cinder) and Ceph storage platform
  • Proficient in deploying and configuring OpenStack environments using automation tools
  • Advanced expertise with Linux OS, particularly RHEL, with strong command line and scripting skills
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent customer service and collaboration skills
