Product Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to drive innovation in the marine navigation sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our AtoN initiatives by leading and executing key projects.

About the Job
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in product management within the marine or navigation aids sector. They will be responsible for aligning projects with our strategic roadmap for 2025-2027, focusing on R&D. This includes driving innovation in the design and development of navigation buoys and AtoN products, as well as providing engineering support throughout the lifecycle of large AtoN projects.

Main Responsibilities
* Drive innovation in the design and development of navigation buoys and AtoN products
* Align projects with our strategic roadmap for 2025-2027, focusing on R&D
* Lead the design and development of polyethylene and steel navigation buoys, including calculations and pre-production tasks
* Provide mechanical engineering support to the Engineering team as needed for project success

Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
* Proven experience in product management, particularly within the marine or navigation aids sector
* Strong mechanical engineering skills, with experience in designing and developing AtoN products such as navigation buoys
* Prior involvement in Research and Development projects, especially related to new product design and innovation
