Project Coordinator

Job Description:
To support the project manager, engineering team, and IT engineers at Capula, a leading provider of advanced system integration, as the on-site administrator for a large nuclear contract. This role involves controlling paperwork requirements, particularly Lifetime Quality Records (LTQR), and ensuring compliance with Quality Assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Principal controller of LTQR for projects
- Customer correspondence and documentation management
- Maintaining clear and legible records
- Ensuring project team members complete documentation to the correct standard
- Reporting non-conformances and poor record completion to senior managers
- Maintaining paper and electronic records, filing, collating, checking, photocopying, and scanning
- Managing document transmittal records and attending internal and external meetings
Requirements:
- Proven administration experience with document control responsibilities
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to challenge
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and databases
- Comfortable working in an IT environment and with technical engineers
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple demands, and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to gain SC clearance and UK national due to the contract requirements
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience working in or for the nuclear industry
- Experience of internal and external auditing
- Understanding of nuclear safety culture and CFSI
