Paraplanner Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our team at Capio Recruitment Financial Planning. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of experienced financial planners in delivering tailored solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile suitability reports and conduct research to support financial planners in delivering high-quality advice to clients.
  • Implement recommendations and work directly with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Ensure high-quality compliance on the advice given, adhering to FCA regulations.
  • Work closely with senior financial planners and directors to deliver complex advice to high net worth clients.
Requirements:
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or significant progress towards this qualification.
  • Experience in providing paraplanning support within a financial planning or wealth management firm.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with clients face-to-face, on the phone, and through written correspondence.
  • Strong technical knowledge, particularly around pensions and investments, with a desire to continue developing this expertise.
  • Good understanding of the FCA and how a financial services firm operates.
