About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our growing Client Services team. As a Paraplanner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' Financial Advisers deliver the highest quality client advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive Suitability Reports to support client consultations, analyzing client information and understanding their financial goals to make informed recommendations.
  • Conduct thorough Comparative Research to identify the most suitable financial products (savings, investments, pensions) for clients, working closely with Financial Advisers to gather information and prepare client suitability checks.
  • Respond efficiently to client queries while maintaining excellent service standards, preparing data-driven Annual Reviews to keep clients informed about their financial health.
  • Facilitate the implementation of agreed client recommendations, maintaining detailed client files to ensure ongoing compliance and provide historical context.
  • Occasionally attend client meetings with Financial Advisers, utilizing your analytical skills to dissect financial records and provide insightful commentary.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Paraplanning or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a paraplanning role
  • Excellent analytical skills to dissect financial records and provide insightful commentary.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, professional, and helpful demeanour when interacting with clients.
  • Proficient in using a variety of computer software programs
  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry and products
  • Able to write detailed technical reports
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • True team player willing to collaborate and contribute to achieving business goals.

Working Hours:
