Job Title: Paraplanner

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000

Location: Chippenham

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking Independent Financial Planning firm that specializes in providing tailored solutions to their clients across a range of advice areas. The company is based near Chippenham and is experiencing a period of growth following a successful phase for the business.

The firm is looking for a personable and enthusiastic individual to join their team and provide technical support to their team of experienced financial planners. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paraplanner who is looking to support a director with some HNW clients across some complex advice areas.

The Role:

The role would involve understanding client needs and objectives in order to deliver tailored recommendations to the financial planner.

The role would be varied and would involve compiling suitability reports, conducting research, annual reviews, implementing recommendations, and working directly with clients, ensuring high-quality compliance on the advice that is being given.

You would be working with one of the senior financial planners and directors at the firm and would have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compiling suitability reports and conducting research to support financial planners
  • Annual reviews and implementing recommendations to clients
  • Working directly with clients to understand their needs and objectives
  • Ensuring high-quality compliance on the advice being given

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in a paraplanning role and a strong understanding of financial planning principles. They will be personable, enthusiastic, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
