Coltech is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our Global IT Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and overseeing data and digital solutions to ensure the development of a cohesive and well-managed organisational architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development of technology strategies and contribute to implementing modern architecture solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
* Ensure that all solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with the organisation's long-term operational goals

Requirements:

* Proven experience in Solution Architecture, working with legacy and modern digital solutions, cloud platforms, and integration patterns
* Experience leading teams of architects or technologists within complex digital and data programs
* Experience in delivering projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge or certification in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
* Industry certifications such as BCS, SCRUM, SAFe, PMP
* Experience with Microsoft Cloud products, SAP S/4 HANA, Salesforce, Azure AD, Okta, and related platforms
