**Job Title:** Patient Communications Specialist

**Location:** University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust, Bristol

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Patient Communications Specialist. This is a full-time, band 3 position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive referrals from primary care and other sources and register referral details onto PAS in accordance with the trust's outpatient standards.
  • Book patient appointments by telephone and arrange appointment-related services as and when required.
  • Liaise with clinical and non-clinical teams across the trust via telephone and email.
Requirements:
  • Educated to GCSE, grade C or above (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths.
  • Business and Administration Level 3 NVQ or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of outpatient policies and procedures.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
