We are seeking a skilled Care Navigator to join our team in the NHS. As a Care Navigator, you will be responsible for guiding patients through their healthcare journey, providing support, and directing them to the most suitable services. You will also collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the best possible care. To be successful in this role, you will need a GCSE-level education or equivalent, active signposting or Care Navigator training, and a healthcare qualification at Level 2 or working towards an equivalent level. Your personal qualities should include being patient-focused, polite, flexible, motivated, and able to process information accurately and effectively. Additionally, you should have high levels of integrity, loyalty, sensitivity, and empathy in challenging situations, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to understand patient needs. The estimated salary for this part-time role, approximately 16 hours per week, is £25,500 - £30,000 per annum.
