Job Title - Patient Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the UK as a Patient Advisor. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their visit.
  • Perform diagnostic eye scans (full training provided) to support optometrists in making accurate diagnoses.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and ophthalmic professionals to provide a seamless patient journey.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Offer flexible finance options to suit individual patients' needs.
  • Schedule patients' consultations and surgeries with optometrists and surgeons.
Requirements:
  • Be driven and passionate with a willingness to succeed.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills.
  • Show self-motivation to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Exhibit strong organisational skills.
  • Provide world-class customer service while being commercially aware.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • An annual salary of £27,000.
