We are expanding our Sales team and we are looking for a Sales Solutions Manager for The Collective . As an integral part of our sales team, your will be responsible for both new business and growth from existing accounts for The Collective.

You will have expertise in new business sales with a strong background in experiential events.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of the strategic vision for new business sales, and growth from a portfolio of existing accounts within The Collective.
  • Leadership and day to day management of team members which will include mentoring and development.
  • Preparing and presenting quarterly strategy updates.
  • Taking ownership of any new proposals, tenders and RFP's assigned or generated, which will include delivery of presentations and pitches where required along with the creation of case studies that showcase our services.
  • Keeping in touch with everything that is new, exciting, and relevant in the event industry.
  • Maintaining a commercial perspective on the proposal being put forward to the client, ensuring that client receives best value solutions and that each project offers BCD Meeting & Events a meaningful profit opportunity.
  • Implementing a new business strategy that includes target accounts, engagement plans, client activity, industry events and awards.

You're good at:

  • Owning and implementing a strategic vision for new business sales, and growth from a portfolio of existing accounts along with the ability to translate revenue targets into clear and actionable strategies.
  • Highly effective at initiating and leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams by building collaborative relationships.
  • Driving a sales culture that permeates within the team, ensuring clear growth plans are in place and achieved across all direct reports.
  • Proven delivery on securing new business for experiential events.
  • Experience of working alongside marketing teams to create and implement pro-active client engagement campaigns, social media content.
  • Actively and successfully managing the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close and contracting.
