Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and delivery speed. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best deals.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers. Ensure that suppliers comply with the company's sustainability and social responsibility requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock without overstocking. Implement strategies to minimize waste and reduce the environmental impact of inventory management.
  • Cost Management: Analyze and track purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities. Prioritize cost-saving measures that also align with sustainability goals.
  • Logistics and Delivery: Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Select logistics providers who demonstrate a commitment to reducing their carbon footprint.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Procurement / Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in SAP B1 software or equivalent and Microsoft Office Suite.
