Medical Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Medical Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our national team, you will be responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of our advanced MRI and CT imaging systems located at hospitals and healthcare centers throughout Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, and West Sussex.
Your BackgroundApplications are encouraged from field service engineers with experience in electronic sectors, including medical device, medical imaging, airport security X-ray and CT scanning, industrial imaging, laboratory device, semiconductor, and ex HM Forces Engineers. You must have excellent customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments.
The RoleAs a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on our MRI and CT imaging systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborating with our national team to ensure seamless service delivery
