Overview: A leading manufacturer of medical imaging systems is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their national team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment, with a strong background in electronics, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of advanced CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems at hospitals and healthcare centres.
- Provide impeccable customer service and maintain a professional manner in customer-facing environments.
- Collaborate with the national team of engineers to build long-term relationships with customers and resolve complex challenges.
Requirements:
- Qualification in electronics, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment.
- Impeccable customer service skills and a confident professional manner.
- Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges.
- Full UK driving licence.
