Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical imaging equipment, including CT scanners, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and advancements, participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new service strategies and processes to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical field service engineering, with a focus on medical imaging equipment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of medical imaging systems, including CT scanners, and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the UK.
