Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Medical Field Service Engineer to join our team, responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of advanced CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout the South East.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of high-value medical imaging equipment.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals and patients.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve equipment performance.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and industry developments.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance and repair procedures.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant technical qualification in electronics, engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Full UK driving licence.
