Administrative Operations Specialist

About the Role
We are hiring an Operations Administrator to work with our Sales and Finance teams at Company name (Withheld). The successful candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills, with experience of working in a SaaS / technology company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and timely billing by processing daily invoices.
- Support the finance team in following up on overdue invoices, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
- Assist the Sales Operations Manager with various tasks, including vendor documentation, tax inquiries, and compliance verifications.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support internal stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1 year of commercial experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce (or similar CRM).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
