Key Responsibilities- Accurately process financial transactions in line with company procedures and policies.
- Process monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end management accounts and provide timely financial reports.
- Maintain purchase and sales ledgers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Ensure sales and purchase invoicing is up-to-date and payments are reviewed and made in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the development of new financial systems and processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to achieve financial goals and objectives.
- Relevant experience in a transactional finance position or degree in Finance and Accounting.
- Strong motivation to succeed and progress in a dynamic and growing organization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- An annual salary in the region of £25,000 - £28,000.
- Study support available after probation, promoting professional development and growth.
- A fully office-based role, providing a stable and comfortable work environment.
