Marketing Coordinator Job Description

At First Recruitment Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team with the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring that all promotional activities align with the company's brand ambitions and overarching strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the marketing team with the planning, coordination, and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, SEO, PR, TV, and radio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop compelling content for campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, and traditional channels).
  • Manage and optimize online marketing activities, including SEO efforts, email marketing campaigns, and social media promotions to drive engagement and traffic.
  • Support the marketing team with the execution of offline marketing campaigns such as direct mail, TV, and radio campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and optimize future efforts.
  • Control expenditure and manage assigned marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective campaign delivery while remaining within financial limitations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing coordination or a related field.
