Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the implementation of our new ERP system. This role will manage project planning, scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the project plan, including resource allocation, cost management, and project scheduling.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of the project, including business requirement distillation, supplier validation, user acceptance testing, training, and deployment.
  • Coordinate with the supplier, finance team, and business stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues to deliver the project on time and budget.
  • Ensure all project and system documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Manage change requests and facilitate changes as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing ERP implementation projects.
  • Strong programme management skills, including project planning, risk management, and team coordination.
  • Strong understanding of financial and project management processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally Netsuite and Workday.

This is an outside IR35 contract role, not eligible for company benefits.
