Job Title: SEN Teaching Professional

Flourish Education Ltd is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Professional to work in a mainstream Primary School in Cheltenham. The ideal candidate will be working on a 1:1 basis with primary aged children who have severe autism and PMLD (profound multiple learning difficulties).

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. A salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience is offered.

About the Role:
• Work with students who have severe autism and PMLD in a mainstream Primary School setting.
• Develop and implement personalized education plans to support student learning and development.
• Collaborate with teachers, other support staff, and external agencies to ensure seamless support for students.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience working with students with autism and PMLD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
