SEN Support Worker

We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. This role will involve working with children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a Special Educational Needs school in Cheltenham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with SEMH needs
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve student outcomes
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a calm and patient demeanor
