Early Years SEN/SEMH Support Assistant

As a Special Education Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant in our early years setting, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of children aged 2-10 with SEMH and other special needs.
This challenging yet rewarding position requires an individual who is confident in managing behaviour, patient, positive, flexible, and trustworthy. If you have experience working with children with SEMH and are passionate about making a difference, we encourage you to apply.
We offer a competitive salary range of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the SchoolWe work closely with a unique special school based in Cheltenham that cater to the needs of students aged 2-10 with SEMH amongst other special needs.
Our team is dedicated to providing a supportive environment where staff can grow and develop their skills. As a member of our team, you will receive regular updates on your progress, support during the clearance process, and guidance throughout your employment journey.
