Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Audit Senior Manager to join our Corporate Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and be able to provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
Main Responsibilities
- Leading audits from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes and meeting deadlines.
- Developing and implementing effective audit plans, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to clients.
- Supervising and mentoring junior auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and meeting client needs.
- Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing tailored solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- ACA or ACCA qualification with a minimum of 2-3 years of audit experience.
- Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, including FRS 102 and FRS 105.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Estimated Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000, depending on experience.
