About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team at Ward Recycling. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and implementation of a robust PPM schedule for mobile and fixed recycling equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain a robust PPM schedule for mobile and fixed recycling equipment
  • Provide technical support for reactive maintenance and fault finding
  • Work with the service team to ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standards
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Proven experience in mobile plant maintenance and repair
  • Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with maintenance software
