HR Generalist

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an HR Generalist to join Michael Page (UK) on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to regional managing directors and divisional directors, working closely with the Talent Team to address development needs and improving the calibre and capability of regional/divisional teams.

About the Job:
This interim HR business partner position involves supporting the achievement of people goals within the region, including implementing group HR plans, developing and delivering regional people plans, and driving central and local recruitment initiatives.
You will also be responsible for monitoring and reviewing HR KPIs within the region, ensuring that action plans are developed and implemented as required.
