Job Title: HR Advisor

Job Description:

This challenging opportunity for an Interim HR Advisor has arisen at one of our professional services clients based in Bristol. The role involves providing comprehensive HR support for the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle, with a key emphasis on employee relations and support.

This HR role is extremely varied and will involve working closely with key internal stakeholders, coaching and mentoring managers across a wide range of people issues, including performance management, succession planning and reward. If you have a wealth of HR generalist experience and a strong level of employment law and legislative knowledge, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Working as part of the UK HR team and reporting into a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing HR support for the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle, with a key emphasis on employee relations and support.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of HR generalist experience, particularly in employee relations, with the ability to advise and guide on a range of employment issues. They will also have strong coaching and influencing skills, being able to articulate best practice HR successfully.

This is an interim opportunity, commencing early December, and people on 4 weeks' notice or less will be considered.
