About the Role
\Are you an ambitious Clinical lead or Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge? Or perhaps you're an experienced nurse looking to step up into the role? We are seeking a Deputy Home Manager to join our team in North Devon and support the current Home Manager in an Elderly nursing and residential care home with 20 beds.

Responsibilities

- Supporting the current Home Manager\
- Leading a clinical team\
- Providing clinical leadership and guidance\
- Ensuring high-quality patient care\
- Developing and implementing care plans\
- Maintaining accurate records\
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders\
- Contributing to the overall success of the care home\

Requirements
\To be successful in this role, you will need:

- An active nursing PIN\
- Experience within a similar role or managing a clinical team\
- Excellent time management skills\
- Ability to inspire all colleagues to provide the best care\
- SUPPORTIVE AND LEADER FOR ALL CLINICAL STAFF MEMBERS\
- ON CALL EVERY OTHER WEEKEND – SHARED WITH CURRENT HOME MANAGER\
- 40 HOURS PER WEEK – FULLY SUPERNUMERARY\
- Salary: Up to £56k per annum + bonus\
