Senior Transaction Advisory Director

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Transaction Advisory Director to join our Corporate Finance team at Pro Talent. As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in advising clients on buy-side mergers and acquisitions, providing due diligence and advisory services to strategic buyers, financial investors, banks, and other funders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support partners in all aspects of buy-side advisory services, including transaction management, client relationship development, and team leadership.
- Manage multiple transactions simultaneously, utilizing the team and delegating work streams effectively.
- Lead initial scoping meetings with clients to identify key questions that need to be answered during due diligence.
- Prepare formal proposals for new work opportunities and potential client introductory meetings.
- Develop and deliver high-quality due diligence reports that are robust, relevant, and insightful, including drafting well-structured and concise key messages.
- Manage input from other lines of service, such as Tax, in respect of their contribution to due diligence reports.
- Develop and appraise junior members of the team, focusing on team development and growth.
- Be active and visible in the market, developing your own network of contacts and referral opportunities.
**Requirements**
- 4-5 years of experience in transaction services or a related field.
- Fully qualified, with exceptions made in certain circumstances.
- Self-motivated and strong values of ownership in respect of tasks and outputs.
- Comfortable and capable of managing more junior staff, with a focus on day-to-day management and development.
