The firm offers three main service lines to their clients:


Mergers and Acquisitions

• Buy and sell side advisory services relating to businesses, assets, or loans

• Identification of potential corporate targets or purchasers

Strategic Advisory

Responsibilities


  • Will focus on mid-market corporate finance transactions, and will be given responsibility for leading deal execution teams.

  • Overseeing deal teams, ensuring they deliver quality on all client deliverables, operating within the firm's risk policies and controlling costs against budget.
  • Originating and delivering transaction ideas, identifying opportunities, opening and leveraging relationships.
  • Playing an important role in the growth and development of the whole team, coaching junior colleagues to help them achieve their potential.
  • Working with the Partners and Senior Directors to drive the team strategy.
