Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team in York, North Yorkshire. As a key member of our commercial finance team, you will provide financial expertise and support to our Chief Commercial Officer and team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models and forecasts
  • Work closely with the commercial team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the FP&A Lead to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with 3+ years PQE
  • Experience working in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage large and complex data sets
