Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team at Hawk 3 Talent Solutions. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer and team to provide financial insights and support to drive business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models and forecasts to inform business strategy.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business performance and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with 3+ years PQE and experience of budgeting, forecasting and KPI production.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends in data and share with both financial and non-financial users.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop good relationships across the business.
  • Comfortable working autonomously with a track record of delivering in challenging situations.
