Finance Business Partner Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Charterhouse Recruitment Services. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in providing financial support and analysis to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reports and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to establish yourself as a trusted finance partner.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business to position yourself as an expert in financial analysis and planning.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
  • Enhance KPI reporting by identifying new and relevant metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization of financial processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in finance, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development.
  • Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with over 3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the business.
  • Proficient in IT, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to adapt to new systems.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of £60,000 - £65,000.
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
