The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Act as a role model for students and staff, demonstrating high-quality pastoral care and support
  • Work closely with teachers to support student learning and wellbeing
  • Contribute to school-wide knowledge and skills in behaviour management

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
