**About This Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graduate Quality Assistant to join our quality team in West London.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves implementing and maintaining quality management systems and good manufacturing practices, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, developing and implementing corrective action plans to address any quality issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of quality initiatives, maintaining accurate records of quality-related activities and incidents, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., food science, quality assurance).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
