Job Description:
As a Support Worker at Leonard Cheshire, you will play a vital role in enabling vulnerable adults to live the life they choose. Your duties will include assisting with daily life tasks, escorting and supporting individuals in and around the service, and promoting maximum independence for our customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Caring, motivated, and friendly approach
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Desirable but not essential: experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker
