Job Opportunity at Calderdale College

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to support our learners in developing their literacy and numeracy skills, helping them achieve their course aims. The successful applicant will also undertake personal care duties as needed.

You will join our outstanding department, working closely with learners and tutors. A commitment to learner development and your own professional growth is essential. You must be educated to at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy and willing to undertake further training as directed.

We are looking for someone who is approachable, self-motivated, and able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of young and vulnerable people. A positive and flexible attitude to work, with the ability to take the initiative and solve problems independently, is required. You must be a supportive and cooperative team player.
