About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a passion for gameplay architecture, system design, and engineering leadership. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving the creation of core game systems, collaborating on shared technology foundations, and delivering performant, scalable experiences.

  • Lead the development of game systems, championing technical excellence and player experience
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth
  • Collaborate closely with art and design teams to build engaging gameplay mechanics and implement best practices
  • Optimize runtime performance, memory usage, and developer workflows
  • Contribute to ongoing feature development in Unreal Engine
What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced leader with:

  • A strong background in gameplay architecture, system design, and engineering leadership
  • Significant experience developing games or interactive real-time technology applications
  • A keen analytical mind, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to think outside the box
  • Proficiency in C++ with a deep understanding of gameplay systems, mechanics, and tools
  • The ability to empathize with users and balance tradeoffs in development with the user in mind
  • Strong teamwork and cross-discipline collaboration skills, including delivering and responding to constructive feedback
