Are you a seasoned lawyer looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for private client law and a desire to work with high net worth individuals? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Private Client Team at Recruitment Resolution.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing legal advice to a range of clients, including negotiation and drafting of documentation. You will also manage client/matter files, carry out legal proceedings, and develop new business opportunities. Our ideal candidate will have post-qualified experience in private client law, a sound knowledge of the law, and a strong desire to learn and widen their knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice to clients, including negotiation and drafting of documentation
  • Manage client/matter files
  • Carry out legal proceedings in an effective, efficient, and timely manner
  • Develop new business opportunities from internal cross-referrals, existing clients, and other professionals
  • Meet agreed targets and exhibit a commercial approach to financial management
  • Commit to continued professional development in private client law
