Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Senior Associate to join our team. As a trusted advisor to our clients and colleagues, you will play a key role in supporting our strategic framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client/matter files under supervision, ensuring full compliance.
- Provide expert legal advice to a range of clients, including negotiation and drafting of documentation.
- Carry out legal proceedings in an effective, efficient, and timely manner, protecting the interests of the client.
- Meet agreed KPIs and exhibit a commercial approach to financial management.
- Develop new business from existing clients and other professionals.
- Commit to continued professional development in this specialist sector.
Requirements:
- Positive approach to teamwork and ability to develop relationships.
- Ability to adapt to a broad range of circumstances and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility and ambition.
- Strong desire to learn and widen knowledge.
- Ability to act independently to a reasonably high level, but also work with more experienced partners and fee earners on complex matters.
- Experience of building relationships with clients and professionals, and promoting marketing and business development initiatives.
- Good communication skills to explain legal matters clearly to clients.
- Discretion and ability to respect client confidentiality.
- Ability to tackle tasks in a structured manner to ensure completion to a high standard.
- Solid organisation and time management skills.
- Experience of working in a team and developing relationships with colleagues.
- Proven drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Sound problem-solving skills.
