Job Title: Private Client Senior Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Senior Associate to join our team at City Group Recruitment Limited. As a trusted advisor to our clients and colleagues, you will play a key role in supporting our strategic framework and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client/matter files under supervision, ensuring full compliance and maintaining the highest standards of client service.
  • Provide expert legal advice to a range of clients, including negotiation and drafting of documentation, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Carry out legal proceedings in an effective, efficient, and timely manner, protecting the interests of our clients and exceeding their expectations.
  • Meet agreed KPIs and demonstrate a commercial approach to financial management, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Develop new business from existing clients and other professionals, leveraging your expertise and network to drive revenue growth.
  • Commit to continued professional development in this specialist sector, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.

  • The ability to act independently to a reasonably high level, but also to work with more experienced partners and fee earners on more complex and specialized matters.
  • Experience of building relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals, with a natural ability to promote marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly to clients.
  • Discretion and the ability to respect client confidentiality, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • The ability to tackle tasks in a structured manner, ensuring completion to a high standard and exceeding client expectations.
  • Solid organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience of working in a team and developing strong relationships with colleagues, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • Proven drafting skills and attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality documents and materials.
  • Sound problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Benefits:
