About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with our team of experts to create a new company that will focus on developing and commercializing cutting-edge technologies for zero-emission steel production. You will be responsible for leading the development of our steel decarbonization strategy, identifying and evaluating new technologies, and collaborating with our team to bring these solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive steel decarbonization strategy
- Identify and evaluate new technologies for zero-emission steel production
- Collaborate with our team to develop and commercialize these solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the steel industry
- Contribute to the development of our Climate team's overall strategy and goals
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in metallurgical engineering, materials science, or a related field, as well as significant experience in the steel industry. You should also have a proven track record of developing and commercializing new technologies, as well as excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
