Renewable Steel Pioneer in Residence

Are you a visionary with expertise in metallurgical engineering, material sciences, or process design?
We're seeking an entrepreneurial individual to join us as a Renewable Steel Pioneer in Residence at Deep Science Ventures Limited.
In this full-time role, you will work closely with our team to co-found and spin-out a new company focused on developing novel technologies for zero-emission steel production.
You'll have the opportunity to build a high-growth enterprise from scratch, leveraging our proprietary tools, resources, and processes to create a revolutionary impact in the industry.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and commercializing innovative electrochemical and/or thermochemical cell and reactor designs;
- Collaborating with our network of Partners and Advisors to gain insight into the latest advancements in steelmaking technologies and processes;
- Raising funds from early-stage investors/VCs to support the growth of your new venture;
- Scaling your company from concept to demonstration, leveraging our expertise in building and scaling high-growth enterprises.

- A guaranteed income of £4,166 per month paid as a consultancy fee until your company is launched and pre-seed investment is secured;
