About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in groundworks to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of groundworks projects, ensuring that all work is completed within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare accurate cost estimates for groundworks projects, including new build developments and industrial projects.
  2. Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  3. Identify potential risks related to cost and schedule, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
  4. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
