Groundworks Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in groundworks to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of groundworks projects, ensuring that all work is completed within budget and to the highest standards.

• Cost Management: Prepare accurate cost estimates for groundworks projects, including new build developments and residential and industrial projects.
• Contract Administration: Prepare, review, and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to cost and schedule, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
