About the Role

Harte Consulting - Property & Construction Recruitment is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as the Head of Commercial Sales. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our sales team and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the sales performance of a team of sales consultants, ensuring they meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide hands-on, one-on-one sales management and performance tracking to ensure individual success.
  • Drive the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring the team delivers end-to-end excellence.
  • Maintain high energy levels and a strong presence, motivating the team and pushing activity across all sales channels.
  • Ensure all sales processes and systems are optimized for success.
  • Regularly report on performance and implement strategies to improve where needed.
  • A track record of success in sales management, ideally within the property sector or a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively communicate goals, expectations, and training to a team.

What We Offer

  • Up to £70,000 basic salary per annum
  • Up to £150,000 OTE (profit share scheme)
  • Flexible working hours
  • Car allowance (open to negotiation)
  • 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
